The vehicle purchasing process was by far the worst we've had at a dealership -- prices on the vehicles didn't match the online inventory, they added on so many things after we selected the vehicle we then had to negotiate off, and the finance manager was very deceptive on the purchase price. For example, he up sold us on every possible thing -- while we repeatedly asked to clarify what exactly we were buying, the plan deductible, etc. and he hand waived us away and we never once saw a service contract because he refused to share the computer screen and verbally explained the documents we were e-signing (we only had the signature pad, not the computer scree). When I finally got the full contracts, I saw he blatantly misrepresented them: high deductibles, unnecessary coverage, and even a Paint Warranty we had explicitly declined. After we purchased the vehicle, we cancelled every single upcharge with Honda and the third party vendor for a full refund. I still gave them a shot at the complementary maintenance which exceeded the estimated wait time, even with a morning appointment (almost two hours for an oil change and inspection) and they took the liberty to add their dealer license plate holders to my vehicle without permission.
