They were: 1. honest (no bait & switch tactics, or "mandatory" add-on "accessories" like some other dealerships) 2. relaxed buying environment (didn't feel pressured/cornered into buying a car) 3. took the time to explain stuff After i bought the car, they even did extra cleaning, added gas and took the extra time to deliver the car to my house, even though it was late. They went the extra mile to offer services that you would expect from a luxury-car brand and made me feel special.
