Ron Gee at Honda has helped us with all of our Hondas. The car was repaired in a timely manner. Ron drove the car himself to be sure everything was taken care of. Good job. This 2 years later now-2019. Honda has changed location and phone. Ron Gee is gone from Santa Monica. I have been trying to get through to service dept. The phone doesn't even say that it is the service dept and you have to leave a message. No information is given. Not even an automated adknowledgement of who it is. Wow they have work to do. So ...

I have bought my last 2 cars from Honda of Santa Monica. An Accord and a civic. I made an 11:00 appt for an oil change. Was told they were very busy I wouldn’t get my car back until 4:30. No problem. I waited to hear from them until 5:00 and called. I was sent to voicemail, so I left my name and #. I still had no call back 40 minutes later so I called again. I brought my 2004 Pilot in because it failed to pass SMOG certification. Diagnostics quickly revealed the source of the problem, which was fixed. Further evaluation was done to ensure that the vehicle would pass SMOG certification, which it soon did. There was no further cost beyond the initial diagnostic fee.
